The Al-Andalusía Islamic University of Spain () is an Islamic-based private higher education institution based in Seville, Andalusia, Spain. This university is the result of the development of the Al-Andalusía Higher Institute of Islamic Sciences of Spain which was initiated by local Islamic scholar, Mohammad Idrissi Alcaraz. Since its founding, this institution has been known as the first Islamic university to operate physically in the Iberian Peninsula after a period of more than 700 years since the collapse of the Al-Andalus civilization.
Tulungan () is the term for the assistance troops consisting of the Minahasan ethnic group, which was formed to assist the colonial troops of the Dutch East Indies (known by its acronym KNIL) in their various wars. This troops was a contractual agreement between the Minahasan party represented by Abraham Dotulong and J. Kawilarang with the Dutch Colonial Government on 23 December 1827. In the contract, this force is provided with 1,421 personnel.
Benjamin Thomas Sigar (born – died ) was a traditional leader and military officer of the Minahasan ethnic group with loyalty to the Dutch Colonial Government in the 19th century. He was known as an officer of the Minahasan ethnic assistance troops (, ) who served in the Dutch colonial military structure and later served as Hukum Besar ('Major Law'; equivalent to district head) of .
Abdul Halim Pardede (born 1886 – died 1958) was a Toba Batak Islamic cleric and a prominent figure in the spread of Islam in Toba (in Balige) and Simalungun (in Parapat). He was also known by his traditional title, Lobe Tinggi Pardede.
