Articles
Koolred is an online social networking website owned by Koolred, Inc. Though the site targets specifically on Asians from ASEAN countries, it also opens its membership globally. Membership is free.
Members, known as Redsters, are able to blog, upload photos and create albums, load videos and music, set up groups, organise events and start a discussion on the forums. Koolred’s core feature is its extensive Travel section, where it allow members to submit travel reviews of places to go, stay, buy and eat, and share their experience through a travel blog, and encourage members to become Travel Advisors, look for Travel Buddies and apply as Travel Hosts.
History
Koolred initially began with a small team of programmers, designers, writers and system administrator. Planning stages began in 2007 before the development phase in 2008.
It first went live with an alpha release opened to a selected group of people on December 2, 2008. It went on beta release on November 18, 2009.
The site introduced the Updates Feed and Koolgifts feature on January 2009; Travel Map and Calendar on February 2009. Video section was released on April 2009. The Music section was introduced on October 2009.
Koolred also started a Twitter page on April 2009.
Membership
Membership is free and registration is required. Members of Koolred are known as Redsters.
The site received 24 new members on the day of its alpha release. Membership reached its 100th member on December 22, 2008.
Upon its beta release, membership jumped to almost 2,000 members within a day.
Initial growth was slow as the alpha version was only opened for a selected group of people around the ASEAN region, namely Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

Brandon Buckman (born February 14, 1984) is a first baseman for the Springfield Cardinals in the Texas League.
College
After his sophomore year, Buckman transferred to Nebraska from Garden City Community College. In 2005, he spent most of the season as the designated hitter starting twelve times at first base. He finished the season hitting .335 with 30 RBIs and two home runs. He had 18 multi-hit games. He was part of the 2005 College World Series team going 2-3 in 2 CWS games. Buckman hit .339 as a senior with 14 home runs and a team high 51 RBIs. he had four 4 hit games, 24 multi hit games, and 13 multi-RBI games including 2 in the 2006 Lincoln Regional but the Huskers lost both games. Buckman was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 19th round in the 2006 MLB Draft.
Minor League
After he got drafted, Buckman played right away with the Johnson City Cardinals of the Appalachian League. He had a .300 batting average and led the team in games (62), at bats (230), hits (69), doubles (17), and total bases (110). In the first half of the 2007 season, he played for the Class A Swing of the Quad Cities. He hit .341 and led the Midwest League in slugging percentage (.590), home runs (14), and total bases (154). He played for the West All-Stars in the All-Star game. On June 20, 2007 he was promoted to Advanced A Palm Beach where he had a .268 average with 52 hits, 27 RBIs and 5 home runs in 50 games.

Introduction
Cameron Coffey was born in Houston, Texas to the parents of Kevin and Kathy Coffey. He attended Village Middle School and Houston Christian High School where he not only did well in baseball but was a star student. Following high school Coffey had been given a full scholarship to Duke University where he intended to play before signing his contract with the Orioles. His agent is Rob Martin of Icon Sports.
Cameron Coffey was the drafted in the twenty-second round of the 2009 MLB draft by the Baltimore Orioles. He signed the largest contract of any player drafted outside the tenth round in MLB history. Coffey is currently in Baltimore's farm system with the Gulf Coast League Orioles. He recently underwent Tommy John surgery in his senior year of high school and is still recovering. His procedurce took place in Alabama by the famous Dr. James Andrews who is renowned in the sports world for his great Tommy John Procedures.
