Keaten Menstarn (born July 7, 1970) is a French-Bulgarian London-based DJ and recording singer of Kontor Records. Most notably known for his 1999 hits "Beat" and "Bundled" featuring Damir Kedžo.
He is known for his European pride, refusing to perform in countries outside of Europe, and featuring only European singers in his songs.
His top popoularity was in 1999 when he released "Beat" that was composed by Vladislav Delay for him. It peaked number one in five countries around Europe.
Early life
He was born in Paris, France to Bulgarian parents who moved into Paris. First discovered Trance music when he went to parties with his friend David Guetta. He made first vynils in the age on sixteen and on 1986 stated the DJ stand in considered parties in Paris. On 1987, he was signed into Kontor Records.
First album and gallop to significance
On May 1988 he released his first album, "Love". Love had a minor success in charts but its songs played a lot on discothèques. Even in "Love" he featured Carlos Goñi on the track "Little".
On October 1992 he returned, now with the album "Criperçant". It featured his very first hit, "Boulanger" that was peaking number five in France.
On May 1993 he released his first and to date, the only rock music album (not a trance) that featured the song "Elle Grogne".
Success
On 28 April 1996 he changed his name to Keaten Menstarn and released his album, called also "Keaten Menstarn". From that album he released the single "Under My Baby" that peaked number one in Croatia and Serbia and Montenegro. The second single was "Not Gonna..." featured Slovak singer . It peaked, as expected, number one in Slovakia and Czech Republic, but also in Sweden, Morocco, Fiji Airplay Chart and Ireland.

Below are summaries of key documents from Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District, the first direct challenge brought in United States federal courts against a public school district that required a statement to be read to 9th grade science students endorsing intelligent design as an explanation of the origin of life.
The plaintiffs claimed that intelligent design is a form of creationism, and the school board policy thus violated the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
The defense claimed that the statement mentioning intelligent design as a challenge to evolution does not violate the Establishment clause because it does not mention or promote religion in any way, that intelligent design is based on inferences from empirical observation, and that the mention of it can only enhance a child's science education by teaching critical thinking.
On 20 December 2005, Judge John E. Jones III found in favor of the plaintiff and ruled that the teaching of intelligent design was unconstitutional.

After Dembski withdrew from the trial, the defense had filed a motion to exclude Shallit on grounds that it was unfair to allow Shallit to testify since Dembski would not testify and they were not allowed to introduce a replacement witness. The opposing sides came to an agreement that the plaintiffs would not call Shallit but reserved the right to call him in rebuttal if Dembski's materials were used by the defense and the defense could make a challenge to any such use of Shallit. See the . William Dembski wrote in his blog that Shallit was withdrawn because "his obsessiveness against me and ID made him a liability to the ACLU." This brought angry responses from critics of intelligent design [http://scienceblogs.com/dispatches/2005/10/dembskis_obsessive_complaints.php#more] [http://scienceblogs.com/dispatches/2005/11/update_on_dembski_and_shallit.php#more].

Amicus curiae filings
On October 3, the Discovery Institute filed an amicus curiae brief in which 85 scientists asked the judge not to rule on the question of what is and is not science . The brief was written by institute fellow David DeWolf. The brief argues that the court should not address the scientific validity or invalidity of ID; "intelligent design should not be stigmatized by the courts as less scientific than competing theories", and that if the court rules on the validity of ID it could destroy careers and have other far-reaching effects.
Critics of the brief characterize the brief as employing dishonest rhetoric, that though the brief claims that ID is a "theory based upon a scientific evaluation of the empirical evidence." (p. 6), that there are no testable ID theories and cites that the brief admits there are none: "the current formulation of intelligent design theory," "...is still in its youth.... For that very reason it is premature to conclude that one side has triumphed and the other has lost." They argue: "The brief makes no scientific argument at all, and gives no indication of where the court might look to find a scientific argument." . Others claim the brief makes false factual claims [http://www.pandasthumb.org/archives/2005/10/the_pseudo-scie.html#comment-50982].
The Discovery Institute also filed its own amicus curiae (brief, appendix A, and appendix B) on October 17.
An additional amicus curiae (JSPAN Brief) was filed on behalf of the Jewish Social Policy Action Network, the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, and the Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action.
On October 24, Judge Jones ruled that the amicus curiae of the Discovery Institute be struck since it would allow a "backdoor" for William A. Dembski and Stephen C. Meyer, who previously withdrew from the case, to testify as expert witnesses without being subject to cross-examination. Judge Jones allowed the amicus curiae of the scientists to remain on the record though the plaintiffs had requested that it too be struck. (Judge Jones' Order).

Basic concepts are panca-tattva: Sri Krishna-Caitanya is Supreme Personality of Godhead, but He is accompanied by Nityananda-Balarama, and Advaita Acarya (who is said to be the best of vaishnavas, Shiva??), Gadadhara and Srivasa. So Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is accepted not just as saint, but as Krishna, Supreme Personality of Godhead, who came as His devotee.

;Parampara/disciplic succession
Somebody argues that Krishna is just an expansion of Vishnu, but we know that this means only that Krishna comes through Ksirodakashayi-Vishnu jsut like many other avataras... That Ksirodakashayi-Vishnu is object/Supersubject of meditation for yogis, and they usually live in far areas not sharing their experiences, so they are considered inferior to bhakti. Also other proud impersoanlist think even worse - that Krishna (Vishnu-tattva) is same as Shiva (see:Harihara) and/or Brahma (see Trimurti). These are offensive ideas, so even hinduism/hindu mythology portal cannot overcome this...
There are 4 well known disciplic successions: from Lakshmi, from Shiva, from Brahma and from four Kumaras. They all understand Supreme position of Narayana, Vishnu., However, even more confidential knowledge is of fifth sampradaya, disciplic succession from Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, Krishna Himself. It is said to take all the best of other four sampradays, two main principles of each, thus 8 principles made up Achintya Bheda Abheda. See: Vedanta
Krishna told Bhagavad-Gita to sun demogid, Vivasvan, and he delivered to Vaivasvata-Manu. o Bhagavad-Gita is here on Earth for millions of years. Around 5000 years ago Krishna retold it to Arjuna, so disciplic succession renewed. See: Sraddhadeva Manu, Arjuna, Bhagavad Gita
;Krishna consciousness and other religions
Important to mention about shaktyavesha avataras. It is commonly accepted that Buddha is avatara of Vishnu, though while people accept many so-called avataras like Sai Baba and others, they pay a little attention to other founders of religions: Jesus and Mohammad and others. They are included in list of shaktyavesha-avataras, who spread God consciosness, though according to time and place.
;Stages of realization of Absolute Truth
*Brahman, realized by specualative philosophers, jnanis. See also: jnana
*, meditated upon by yogis. See: yoga, meditation, dhyana, samadhi
*. For bhaktas, devotees, He is object of devotional service.
