PARVE, which suggests something small or bird-like in Spanish comes from Punto Automatizado de Recarga para Vehículos Eléctricos and which in English sounds like the French word pavé and has been expressed as Park And Recharge Point for Vehicles: Electrical control and monitoring Equipment
It consists of a linked series of open source standards first proposed in Madrid, Spain, in June 2009. Essentially the standards relate to the implementation of control and monitoring of standard electrical power sockets in public places that are not ordinarily connected but which can be activated or disconnected by mobile cell-phone signals. Finally, the system will send a message indicating the quantity of electricity used (in kilowatt hours and the cost of electricity.
Design philosophy
The advent of smart grid technology and domestic photovoltaic installations selling small surplus power, combined with the need to develop alternatives to conventional transport fuels may signal the need for many, cheap, and widely distributed electrical recharge points. The 'recharge point' part of this system can be built by electricians without special 'electronic' skills using widely available components.
System Specification

Local system for PARVE sockets in car-parks, exhibition halls, leisure parks etc.
* PARVE mains electricity to outlet socket connection relay and current sensor
* PARVE socket analog to (computer) digital interface converter with optional line driver
* PARVE local server (basic computer hardware with PARVE input facilities and internet connection, typically by integral mobile cellphone)
Service controllers for automated systems serving PARVE outlet facilities
* PARVE service controller software system (local server and remote control programmes)
* PARVE defined system interface definitions and signalling standards
Suppliers and consumers legal and practical human relationships
* PARVE billing and roaming policies (inter-operability standards for local PARVE host organizations the various electricity resellers
* essential contract conditions (legal obligations & for PARVE providers and end-users such as private owners of electric vehicles, operators of amusements in leisure parks etc.
* Mobile cellphone or internet terminal applications to assist users to correctly input the unique PARVE outlet socket location identity to the automatic service controller via 2-d data labels bar-codes, or manual input devices.
== PARVE Connector Relay + Sensor unit==
Initially a relay-sensor (called relesensor unit) is installed as an accessory in a standard electrical socket outlet. This has a 5volt TTL 'on' signal input, and a 0 - 5v analog electrical current monitor. The unit can be constructed by any competent electrician using components costing about US $20 and a soldering iron.
These signals are ordinarily connected to a computer server which runs the PARVE local control software. However any computer (such as a hotel receptionist system) connected via an external (USB) analog interface unit or even a simple switch and multimeter could be used. The maximum probable range (analog cable length) is about 300 meters.
PARVE Local Server Unit
The PARVE server (which is a PC motherboard and peripherals with no external controls) uses a mobile cell-phone to connect to the internet and communicate with the control center. The user interacts with this center via a mobile cell-phone using secure standard internet signaling techniques. The estimated component cost is around US $150

As we know a seeming tragedy that has taken place, with the medically declared death of Sri Sathya Sai Baba which many feel is just one more act in His Divine play.
Sometimes, Baba says, “I shake the faith of my devotees to the core just to check how strong it is. Be steadfast and hold on to Me. I shall carry you through everything.”Italic text
He has Himself announced several times in public, that this body of His shall remain alive for the sake of humanity for 96 long years.
So far there is no statement given by any of His Avatars that has ever failed.
In His earlier incarnation, the Shirdi Avtar, He left His body for 3 days and against all odds, His devotees preserved His body unmoved (though he was medically declared dead). On the third day, life re-entered the seemingly dead body and He got up on His own as if awakened from deep sleep. (This has gone on records in several books and renown publications that are known to be neutral for expressing facts)

Message is quite clear. If devotees believe Swami will come back, He has to come back, happen whatever it may.
As he has said on several occasions, it is His resolve and His Will which is subject to the prayers of His devotees.
As Sri Krsna has said in the Bhagawat Gita: “The biggest strength of My devotees and My only weakness is their devotion. I am compelled to do even the most impossible by a mere prayer of a devotee filled with utmost faith and true sense of surrender.”
A person closely associated to Swami on higher plains and had this to say:
“Normal human bodies can survive on 16 beats (or some units called 'Ankda's") per breath, anything below this can put the physical survival of the person in danger or almost extinct, but for bodies of divine beings, this requirement is only 4 beats or even less, to which any human can easily declare the body dead. There are no instruments that can measure this accurately so far and hence medical death of a divine being cannot be taken as a permanent occurrence.”Italic text
Even the authorities in Prashanti, the place of residence of Baba; has just declared "Current state of Swami" - "Swami lies in state" as the media portrays it.
Many have confirmed that Baba has done miracles on sincere prayers of devotees including bringing back life to lifeless body in both the Avtars, and they strongly feel that the same will be repeated even now. The embodiment of love, humanity and sacrifice will return back. Prayers for the ‘Miracle’ to happen are on at almost all places manned by the devotees of Baba.
A ray of hope can light up all dark and in no time shall the darkness dispel making way for the bright light. Let us hope for the best that is yet to come.

Outline
The Sibirsky Extreme Project covers a series of commercially sponsored exploratory motorcycle journeys into the northern areas of Russia and Siberia in 2009 and 2010 by Walter Colebatch and his occasional riding companions, Jonathan Fox, Tony Pettie, Terry Brown and Sherri-Jo Wilkins.
The Sibirsky Extreme Project (2009)
The Sibirsky (Siberian) Extreme Project was a 2009 adventure motorcycle project to explore the rarely visited regions of Siberia. The journey achieved numerous first rides: the Tuva Track; The Anabar Road up north to Udachny (over 66 degrees North); the Vilyuisky Trakt, a dirt track that runs 1500 kms eastwards (950 miles) between Lensk, Mirny and Yakutsk. The project also included the first attempt to ride both halves of the 4000 km (2500 mile) long legendary BAM Road, from Vanino on the Pacific Ocean to Bratsk in central Siberia.
Siberian Extreme 2010
In 2010 a second journey, Siberian Extreme 2010, included the first motorcycle tour on the legendary Road of Bones, during which Sherri-Jo Wilkins becoming the first foreign woman to ride the Road of Bones. Sibirsky Extreme 2010 also crossed Mongolia fully from East to West, and Walter Colebatch became the first rider to cross all 5 of Mongolia’s international land border crossings (Altanbulag, Sukhbaatar, Tsagaannuur, Dzamin Uud and Ereentsav).
