Tomás Rodríguez Barraquer (born 1968) is a Colombian economist, academic and professor. A member of the Valencia family, he is the husband of Paloma Valencia.

Born in Bogotá, D.C., he studied economics at the University of the Andes and holds a PhD in economics from Stanford University.
