Bob F. Brown (born October 29, 1943) is the mayor of Lufkin, Texas.

Brown was born on October 29, 1943 in Brady, Texas, he graduated from Brady High school. He got his BBA from Texas Tech University. He then got a job at Oncor in Waxahachie, Texas. He was promoted to Waco, Brownwood, Tyler, and eventually to Lufkin as assistant manager. He retired in 2006 with 40 years of service.

Brown and his wife Tony have been married for over 40 years. They have two daughters Tana, and Denna (deceased in 1993), and 2 grandchildren Grayson and Griffin. Brown has attended Lufkin First Christian Church for over 29 years, he teaches Sunday School for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders.
