Central Asian-American Enterprise Fund (CAAEF) was a non-profit corporation funded by a United States government initiative to promote and create private enterprise in the five Central Asian states of Kazakhstan, The Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, created from the disbanding of the Soviet Union in 1991. It was part of a larger initiative begun by the Republican Administration of President George W. Bush done in collaboration with members of the Democratic Party to foment private enterprise in formerly communist nations. It was created in 1994 under the Clinton administration with $150 million in backing expected for the next 3 to 4 years.
It was an extended part of the initiative for Support for Eastern European Democracy Act of 1989 or (the SEED Act) that had been established for Eastern European countries that were leaving the Soviet Federation and was extended to Russia and other new states with the 1992 Freedom for Russia and Emerging Eurasian Democracies and Open Markets Support Act (FREEDOM).
At the time of its formation, the fund's initial Board of Directors included:

Steven Troughton-Smith (born December 11, 1988) is an Irish programmer who focuses mainly on writing iPhone software. He is known for his work in the iPhone, iPod Touch, and jailbreaking community.
iOS Work
Troughton-Smith first became involved with writing iPhone software shortly after its initial release, developing for the system with only a compiler and reverse-engineered header files. He would e-mail his creations to a friend with an iPhone who would run the application and send a screenshot back. His first application, Nuker, was developed this way.
He became well-known on his release of Stack, an implementation of Apple Inc.'s Stacks feature of Mac OS X v10.5 "Leopard". He is also responsible for the port of id Software's Doom game to iPhone, partnering with ZodTTD for distribution and development.
Troughton-Smith also built the Grace App For Autism which has 'democratised the availability of language aides' and is the winner of many accolades and awards.

Untitled Ravi Teja - Santosh Srinivas project is an upcoming Telugu action film directed by Santosh Srinivas which features Ravi Teja, Kajal Aggarwal and Catherine Tresa in the lead roles. The film is an official remake of the Tamil film Theri, which was a blockbuster in 2016.
