Church
We Believe...
1. That every person exists to worship and know God, that every person is precious to God as His creation and that every person was created with purpose to experience a full and abundant life through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
2. That God equips believers through the local church so that every person can find a tangible place of ministry in the body of Christ, that God blesses His followers so that they can bless others and that God fills and anoints His church so that they can proclaim and live the Gospel message.
3. That the greatest of the commandments is to love God and to love one another, that God demonstrated His love for us by dying on the cross for our sins, and that every person should have the opportunity to hear a clear presentation of this gospel message at least once .
We Believe that Ministry Exists...
1. To serve and glorify God in obedience to His commands, by lifting up His name, and by revealing His love to a lost and hurting world.
2. To meet the highest priority need of people to know Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior.
3. To meet the fundamental need of the human spirit to know that someone cares.
4. To encourage every person to find a tangible place of ministry in the body of Christ so that each part does its share.
5. To encourage the use of giftings and skills to fulfill a call through serving others.
6. To help others come to a place of wholeness through a relationship with Jesus Christ and by finding a place of service and ministry within His body.
Scriptural Mandate…
1. Mark 16:15 - “And Jesus said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every person.”
2. Ephesians 4:1-16 (paraphrased) - “Equip the saints for works of ministry for the building up of the body of Christ till we all come to the unity of the faith in maturity and in love... that we grow up in all things... that we be joined and knit together by what each supplies... and that every person does their share, resulting in growth of the body in every aspect for the edifying of itself in love.”
3. Romans 12:4-6 - “For as we have many members in one body, but all members do not have the same function, so we being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them!
4. 2 Corinthians 5:14, 20 - “For the love of Christ compels us... Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.”
5. John 17: 21-23 - "That they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
6. Colossians 1:28 - “We preach Christ, warning every one and teaching every one in all wisdom, that we may present every person perfect and complete in Christ Jesus.”
7. James 1:7 - “Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.”
Assemlies of God Doctrine
According to the Assemblies of God (USA) website, "Two years after the church’s founding, the pioneers of the Assemblies of God adopted 16 beliefs for the Fellowship, which remains virtually unchanged." These are known as "The 16 Fundamental Truths." The Assemblies' doctrines are summarized in its Statement of Fundamental Truths.
Numerous Christian groups share some or all of these tenets -- and some positions (like the Trinity) are considered more central to the faith than others. Of these sixteen, four are considered "core beliefs of the Fellowship," or "Cardinal Doctrines."
These are:
*Salvation Through Jesus Christ
*Baptism in the Holy Spirit
*Divine Healing
*The Second Coming of Christ
These positions are considered non-negotiable, although critics have questioned how well doctrinal integrity is maintained . These statements of belief have a Biblical basis. Below is a summary of the Assemblies of God's doctrinal positions and biblical references which are used to back up these statements.
16 Fundamental Truths
1. The Scriptures Inspired
The Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired of God and are the revelation of God to man, the infallible, authoritative rule of faith and conduct.
2 Timothy 3:15-17
1 Thessalonians 2:13
2 Peter 1:21

2. The One True God
The one true God has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent "I AM," the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of mankind. He has further revealed Himself as embodying the principles of relationship and association as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Deuteronomy 6:4
Isaiah 43:10,11
Matthew 28:19
Luke 3:22

The Adorable Godhead
a. Terms Defined
The terms "Trinity" and "persons" as related to the Godhead, while not found in the Scriptures, are words in harmony with Scripture, whereby we may convey to others our immediate understanding of the doctrine of Christ respecting the Being of God, as distinguished from "gods many and lords many." We therefore may speak with propriety of the Lord our God who is One Lord, as a trinity or as one Being of three persons, and still be absolutely scriptural.
Matthew 28:19
2 Corinthians 13:14
John 14:16-17
To see these Bible verses click the link
b. Distinction and Relationship in the Godhead
Christ taught a distinction of Persons in the Godhead which He expressed in specific terms of relationship, as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but that this distinction and relationship, as to its mode is inscrutable and incomprehensible, because unexplained.
Luke 1:35, 1 Corinthians 1:24, Matthew 11:25-27, Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14, 1 John 1:3-4

c. Unity of the One Being of Father, Son and Holy Spirit
Accordingly, therefore, there is that in the Father which constitutes him the Father and not the Son; there is that in the Son which constitutes Him the Son and not the Father; and there is that in the Holy Spirit which constitutes Him the Holy Spirit and not either the Father or the Son. Wherefore the Father is the Begetter, the Son is the Begotten, and the Holy Spirit is the one proceeding from the Father and the Son. Therefore, because these three persons in the Godhead are in a state of unity, there is but one Lord God Almighty and His name one.
John 1:18, John 15:26, John 17:11, John 17:21, Zechariah 14:9
d. Identity and Cooperation in the Godhead
The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are never identical as to Person; nor confused as to relation; nor divided in respect to the Godhead; nor opposed as to cooperation. The Son is in the Father and the Father is in the Son as to relationship. The Son is with the Father and the Father is with the Son, as to fellowship. The Father is not from the Son, but the Son is from the Father, as to authority. The Holy Spirit is from the Father and the Son proceeding, as to nature, relationship, cooperation and authority. Hence, neither Person in the Godhead either exists or works separately or independently of the others.
John 5:17-30, John 5:32, John 5:37, John 8:17,18
e. The Title, Lord Jesus Christ
The appellation, "Lord Jesus Christ," is a proper name. It is never applied in the New Testament, either to the Father or to the Holy Spirit. It therefore belongs exclusively to the Son of God.
Romans 1:1-3
2 John 1:3 [KJV/NIV
f. The Lord Jesus Christ, God with Us
The Lord Jesus Christ, as to His divine and eternal nature, is the proper and only Begotten of the Father, but as to His human nature, He is the proper Son of Man. He is therefore, acknowledged to be both God and man; who because He is God and man is "Immanuel," God with us.
Matthew 1:23
1 John 4:2
1 John 4:10
1 John 4:14
Revelation 1:13
Revelation 1:17
g. The Title, Son of God
Since the name "Immanuel" embraces both God and man in the one Person, our Lord Jesus Christ, it follows that the title, Son of God, describes His proper deity, and the title, Son of Man, His proper humanity. Therefore, the title Son of God, belongs to the order of eternity, and the title, Son of Man, to the order of time.
Matthew 1:21-23
2 John 1:3
1 John 3:8
Hebrews 7:3
Hebrews 1:1-13
h. Transgression of the Doctrine of Christ
Wherefore, it is a transgression of the Doctrine of Christ to say that Jesus Christ derived the title, Son of God, solely from the fact of the incarnation, or because of His relation to the economy of redemption. Therefore, to deny that the Father is a real and eternal Father, and that the Son is a real and eternal Son, is a denial of the distinction and relationship in the Being of God; a denial of the Father, and the Son; and a displacement of the truth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh.
2 John 1:9
John 1:1
John 1:2
John 1:14
John 1:18
John 1:29
John 1:49
1 John 2:22,23
1 John 4:1-5
Hebrews 12:2
i. Exaltation of Jesus Christ as Lord
The Son of God, our Lord Jesus Christ, having by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; angels and principalities and powers having been made subject unto Him. And having been made both Lord and Christ, He sent the Holy Spirit that we, in the name of Jesus, might bow our knees and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father until the end, when the Son shall become subject to the Father that God may be all in all.
Hebrews 1:3
1 Peter 3:22
Acts 2:32-36
Romans 14:11
1 Corinthians 15:24-28
j. Equal Honor to the Father and to the Son
Wherefore, since the Father has delivered all judgment unto the Son, it is not only the express duty of all in heaven and on earth to bow the knee, but it is an unspeakable joy in the Holy Spirit to ascribe unto the Son all the attributes of Deity, and to give Him all honor and the glory contained in all the names and titles of the Godhead except those which express relationship (see Distinction and Relationship in the Godhead, Unity of the One Being of Father, Son and Holy Spirit , and Identity and Cooperation in the Godhead) and thus honor the Son even as we honor the Father.

4. The Fall of Man
Man was created good and upright; for God said, "Let us make man in our own image, after our likeness." However, man by voluntary transgression fell and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death, which is separation from God.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5. The Salvation of Man
Man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God.
Conditions to Salvation
Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ. By the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, being justified by grace through faith, man becomes an heir of God, according to the hope of eternal life.

Titus 3:5-7
The Evidence of Salvation
The inward evidence of salvation is the direct witness of the Spirit.

6. The Ordinances of the Church
Baptism in Water
The ordinance of baptism by immersion is commanded by the Scriptures. All who repent and believe on Christ as Saviour and Lord are to be baptized. Thus they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and that they also have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life.
Matthew 28:19
Mark 16:16
Acts 10:47,48
Romans 6:4
Holy Communion
The Lord's Supper, consisting of the elements --bread and the fruit of the vine-- is the symbol expressing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1:4 ), a memorial of his suffering and death (1 Corinthians 11:26 ), and a prophecy of His second coming (1 Corinthians 11:26 ), and is enjoined on all believers "till He come!"
(TOP)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit
All believers are entitled to and should ardently expect and earnestly seek the promise of the Father, the baptism in the Holy Spirit and fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. This was the normal experience of all in the early Christian Church. With it comes the enduement of power for life and service, the bestowment of the gifts and their uses in the work of the ministry.
Luke 24:49
Acts 1:4
Acts 1:8
1 Corinthians 12:1-31
This experience is distinct from and subsequent to the experience of the new birth.
Acts 8:12-17
Acts 10:44-46
Acts 11:14-16
Acts 15:7-9
With the baptism in the Holy Spirit come such experiences as:
an overflowing fullness of the Spirit, John 7:37-39 , Acts 4:8
a deepened reverence for God, Acts 2:43 , Hebrews 12:28
an intensified consecration to God and dedication to His work, Acts 2:42
and a more active love for Christ, for His Word and for the lost, Mark 16:20
(TOP)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8. The Initial Physical Evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit
The baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is witnessed by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives them utterance.
Acts 2:4
The speaking in tongues in this instance is the same in essence as the gift of tongues, but is different in purpose and use.
1 Corinthians 12:4-10
1 Corinthians 12:28
(TOP)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9. Sanctification
Sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil, and of dedication unto God.
Romans 12:1,2
1 Thessalonians 5:23
Hebrews 13:12
The Scriptures teach a life of "holiness without which no man shall see the Lord."
Hebrews 12:14
By the power of the Holy Spirit we are able to obey the command: "Be ye holy, for I am holy."
1 Peter 1:15,16
Sanctification is realized in the believer by recognizing his identification with Christ in His death and resurrection, and by the faith reckoning daily upon the fact of that union, and by offering every faculty continually to the dominion of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 6:1-11
Romans 6:13
Romans 8:1,2
Romans 8:13
Galatians 2:20
Philippians 2:12,13
1 Peter 1:5

10. The Church and its Mission
The Church is the Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of her great commission. Each believer, born of the Spirit, is an integral part of the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn, which are written in heaven.
Ephesians 1:22,23
Ephesians 2:22
Hebrews 12:23
Since God's purpose concerning man is to seek and to save that which is lost, to be worshipped by man, and to build a body of believers in the image of His Son, the priority reason for being of the Assemblies of God as part of the Church is:
To be an agency of God for evangelizing the world.
Acts 1:8
Matthew 28:19,20
Mark 16:15,16
To be a corporate body in which man may worship God.
1 Corinthians 12:13
To be a channel of God's purpose to build a body of saints being perfected in the image of His Son.
Ephesians 4:11-16
1 Corinthians 12:28
1 Corinthians 14:12
The Assemblies of God exists expressly to give continuing emphasis to this reason for being in the New Testament apostolic pattern by teaching and encouraging believers to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. This experience:
Enables them to evangelize in the power of the Spirit with accompanying supernatural signs.
Mark 16:15-20
Acts 4:29-31
Hebrews 2:3,4
Adds a necessary dimension to worshipful relationship with God.
1 Corinthians 2:10-16
1 Corinthians 12
1 Corinthians 13
1 Corinthians 14
Enables them to respond to the full working of the Holy Spirit in expression of fruit and gifts and ministries as in New Testament times for the edifying of the body of Christ.
Galatians 5:22-26
1 Corinthians 14:12
Ephesians 4:11,12
1 Corinthians 12:28
Colossians 1:29

11. The Ministry
A divinely called and scripturally ordained ministry has been provided by our Lord for the threefold purpose of leading the Church in:
Evangelization of the world.
Mark 16:15-20
Worship of God.
John 4:23,24
Building a body of saints being perfected in the image of His Son.
Ephesians 4:11-16
(TOP)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
12. Divine Healing
Divine healing is an integral part of the gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is the privilege of all believers.

Matthew 8:16,17
James 5:14-16

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
13. The Blessed Hope
The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord is the imminent and blessed hope of the church.

15. The Final Judgment
There will be a final judgment in which the wicked dead will be raised and judged according to their works. Whosoever is not found written in the Book of Life, together with the devil and his angels, the beast and the false prophet, will be consigned to the everlasting punishment in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

1 John 4:10
1 John 4:14

Therefore, to deny that the Father is a real and eternal Father, and that the Son is a real and eternal Son, is a denial of the distinction and relationship in the Being of God; a denial of the Father, and the Son; and a displacement of the truth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh.

i. Exaltation of Jesus Christ as Lord
The Son of God, our Lord Jesus Christ, having by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; angels and principalities and powers having been made subject unto Him. And having been made both Lord and Christ, He sent the Holy Spirit that we, in the name of Jesus, might bow our knees and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father until the end, when the Son shall become subject to the Father that God may be all in all.

Balcora is the centre of the galaxy in which the Homeworld computer game series takes place. This is also the last known resting place of Sajuuk, The Great Maker Whose Hand Shapes What Is. Balcora, and Sajuuk for that matter, is in the exact centre of a massive gravity well created by three super-massive black holes. Hyperspace travel to and from Balcora was not an option, unless special Progenitor technology, like the Balcora Gate was used.
Balcora served as the final battleground between Karan Sjet, the leader of the Hiigarans, and Makaan, the Vaygr warlord, in their contest to claim Sajuuk and the untold power that rested within it.

Kiithid (singular: kiith) are the Homeworld series of games equivalent to a family unit or House for the Kushan people. While not specifically vital to the gameplay, the kiithid play an important part in the storytelling of the games and also in the understanding of the game events. Because the kiithid are extended familial units on the planet Kharak; the game's historical context leads one to believe that this is one of the few surviving traits left over from the original empire the Kushan created.
Composition and Structure
A kiith can be a specific nuclear family unit or can extend to hundreds of thousands of members. These kiith can be anything from loose family associations to powerful connections to leaders in the Daiamiid, the ruling council of the kiithid.
A basic hierarchy exists among the kiith, and in a greater system of the kiithid. While originally the kiith were ranked according to seniority or experience, with the advent of technology, kiith members are now ranked by wealth or personal influence. Organization within the kiith is such that there is a primary family that makes important decisions, with a second family that hears disputes and makes recommendations, and also the groups of lesser families that have sworn allegiance to the primary family. The primary member of the most influential family within the kiith is known as the "kiith'sa".
In ancient times, the kiith'sa could direct the entire kiith to war, and demand that all families dedicate their resources to specific projects or purposes. While the kiith'sa still enjoy some of that power, their disputes and decisions now rest on the use of public referendums to resolve internal disputes, and also the Great Daiamiid, the central council for all kiith on Kharak.
While the kiith are not static by nature, it is considered a matter of grave consequence to change kiith ties or relations, especially among warring or adversarial kiith. While this situation changed much with the shift of power from the kiith to the family, it "takes little stress for any Kharakian to think of their family first and Kharak second."
Kiithid
Kiithid tend to dedicate themselves to the pursuit of one goal or purpose, and while these purposes and goals have changed over time (especially during the construction of the Mothership and the journey to Hiigara), kiith still tend to have specific purposes.
Kiith S'jet
In ancient times a group of astronomers, and theorized to be the original astronomers, technicians, and mechanics aboard the Khar-Toba, the S'jet have always been scientific and at the lead of education, information, learning and technology. S’jet supercomputers have worked on the problems of the construction of the Mothership, from the hyperspace core to the command systems. Their most famous member is Karan S'jet, the woman who became Fleet Command by integrating herself with the very computer mind of the Mothership.
Kiith Hraal/LiirHra
Originally a manufacturing kiith, Kiith Hraal combined themselves with Kiith Liir to create Kiith LiirHra, a space technologies manufacturing company. This change came in light of the Mothership construction.
This was the Kiith that the Naabal placed in charge of the construction of the First Mothership that carried the sleepers to Hiigara.
Kiith Somtaaw
-->
Kiith Somtaaw originated in a mountainous region of Kharak. This kiith was the most potent religious kiithid in early Kharakian history, especially prior to the Heresy Wars and the foundation of the Daiamiid assembly in the capital of Tiir. The Somtaaw families established a series of temples in their mountain strongholds that became a site of pilgrimage in honor of their god, Sajuuk. The path included a series of temples within and without the walls of the cities of Hamelyn and Gydeo, and pilgrims were made to make the entire journey on foot or not at all. The temples of the Somtaaw were rumored to contain ancient relics such as the Burning Spear of Gaalsi and the great sword Calibuurnos. The most treasured of these artifacts were the Star Metal Scrolls, which were said to be written by the hand of Sajuuk himself in a language no living man could read.
The Somtaaws' religious orientation lasted until a period of time just prior to the Heresy Wars, when their Kiith'sa had a vision of Sajuuk driving a great red sword into their mountainous valley. Under orders, that area was excavated and the diggers discovered the purest iron ore ever to be discovered on Kharak. From the discovery of this ore was smelted the cherished metal that would be known throughout the clans as 'Somtaaw Steel'. The Kiith'sa immediately recognized that a mining kiith profits more than a primarily religious kiith, and incorporated mining into their routine. Kiith Somtaaw became the leading producer of steel weapons, and as a result of their outstanding quality and the demand for them, they became very wealthy, but lost that wealth while under siege by one of their fellow kiiths. This kiith remained in near poverty even through the Heresy Wars and up until the construction of The Mothership. By now Kiith Somtaaw had completed their transformation from a primarily religious kiith to a small clan of miners. They were also the most persecuted of all kiithid, they were the majority of the group of Kushan known as 'the sleepers' put under cryogenic suspension during the exodus to Hiigara, they also served as maintenance and crew for the resource equipment, collectors, and controllers during that voyage.
Im Homeworld: Cataclysm you command a small Somtaaw fleet against the Beast. Ascending through that conflict from being one of the most persecuted kiith to one of the most respected and renowned. Somtaaw's children were known by one and all as Beast-Slayers.
Kiith Gaalsien
Kiith Gaalsien is one of the oldest of the Kiithid, with some of the oldest documents on Kharak bearing the Kiith's emblem. They are also one of the three main religious Kiith (the others being Ferriil and Somtaaw). Early in Kharakid history, the Gaalsien were a powerful spiritual and political force. Fanatically religious, the Gaalsien are the remnants of a great holy war between the Gaalsien, who believed that they were cast down onto Kharak by the gods as punishment, and the Siidim, (who, as well as Kiith Paktu, where persecuted as 'Gritidiim' sand-blooded, and were made to live downriver of the Gaalsi so that no Gaalsien would be soilded by drinking after their filthy enemy,) who believed that the Kharaki were originally from Kharak and it was all they could hope for. The ensuing war, known as the Heresy Wars, nearly wiped out the Siidim and the Gaalsien, as well as most of Kharak's infrastructure. Only the intervention of the technophile Kiith Naabal put an end to the Heresy Wars, and the Gaalsien time of dominance on Kharak. After the war, the Gaalsien leaders destroyed their holy city of Saju-ka (similar in their religion to Jerusaleum) believing it to be the only way to save Kharak. After this madness, the Gaalsien became an outlawed Kiith, and their numbers dwindled. Several acts of sabotage during the Mothership's construction were attributed to Gaalsien (or Gaalsien-inspired) individuals. Though Kharak was destroyed, it is possible that some Gaalsien sympathisers made it aboard the Mothership and carry on the old Gaalsien ways in secret on Hiigara.
It is interesting to note that the Gaalsien technophobia seems to be a faint communal memory of the treaty against developing hyperspace technology, albeit twisted and misinterpreted over the course of their 3000 years of exile
Kiith Manaan
The Manaani are by nature entertainers, nomads, and magicians, much like Gypsies here on Earth. They have a joyous, freewheeling attitude which puts them at odds with the other, more "serious" kiith. They love nothing more than to make others laugh, and are known to be adventurous and daring. Of all the kiith on Kharak, the Manaani are the most likely to produce a diplomat, artist, statesman, performer or magician. They are also noted as being the primary source of volunteers into the Kharaki fleet's Strike Fighter contingent, always ready to fly the fastest and wildest ship put into service. They have been viewed with suspicion and hostility by the other kiithid since ancient times because of their nomadic nature, despite many alleged accounts of killing and looting being proven false.
Kiith Naabal
Kiith Naabal was an almost unknown kiith in the early history of Kharak - their name only rarely appears in the context of tradesmen or heretics. One possible reason for this is that, for centuries, they were met with hostility by many of the other kiithid, especially Kiith Gaalsien. The Naabal began as refugees fleeing the madness of the Heresy Wars. They fled to the northern ice cap of Kharak and formed their capital, Tiir, as a safe haven for all those who wished for peace and safety from the madness of the Siidim and the Gaalsien. The Naabal were the first to develop chemical based explosives and steam power, which they used to intervene in the Heresy Wars and end the conflict, offering peace to all those they liberated. After the Heresy Wars ended, the Naabal returned to their peaceful origins, creating a planetary senate known as the Daiamiid at the new capital of Kharak, Tiir, in an effort to end major conflict on Kharak.
Kiith Naabal established themselves as the most potent of all the Kiithid on Kharak prior to the launch of the Mothership. They are described as the arbiters of the Great Diamiid Assembly and the elders of the Kushan race.
Kiith Paktu
Originally, this kiith was merely a small farming kiith, but they were dispossessed by Kiith Sid and their new dogma, Siidim cosmology. Paktu was the first of many kiith to flee across the Great Banded Desert to the unpopulated, temperate south region of known Kharak in an effort to escape the Heresy Wars. Led by a man named Majiir Paktu, they successfully arrived at a sea on the other side of the desert, and much like the Naabal to the north, they made their lands available to all those who were on the run from the theological persecution of the Gaalsien and the Siidim. The Paktu were able to protect their homes from Gaalsien invasion on no less than three occasions, and were among the first to be invited into the Diamiid Council in Tiir.
Kiith Soban
Kiith Soban is a warrior kiith, composed of the descendants of a small group of families led by a man named Soban the Red, who abandoned their kiith after the kiith-sa (leader) refused to avenge the assault on their homes by a rival kiith. Tearing the kiith colors from his body, Soban and his followers became mercenaries, being the only kiith to be truly landless. They became excellent warriors, and were known for fighting until the exact second their contract expired, be it a thousand miles from home or in the middle of a battle, and dropping their weapons and immediately going home. Their reputation as fierce warriors has continued to this day, and they form a large part of the Kharaki General Staff as the Mothership makes its journey back to Hiigara.
