The National Evaluation and Technical Assistance Center for the Education of Children and Youth Who Are Neglected, Delinquent or At Risk (NDTAC) is the result of a contract between the U.S.Department of Education and the American Institutes for Research (AIR), a nonprofit research organization that performs basic and applied research, provides technical support, and conducts analyses based on methods of the behavioral and social sciences. AIR's program areas focus on education, health, individual and organizational performance, and quality of life. NDTAC's key staff are Dr. David Osher, Joyce Burrell, and Natalia Pane.
NDTAC provides direct assistance (aka technical assistance or TA) to State agencies with programs under Title I, Part D of the No Child Left Behind Act.

Fleisch backed a resolution in 2019 to allow city officials to use public money to sue citizens for "unwarranted public defamation". However, after strong public criticism at a town hall the resolution was discarded, and city council officials did not reveal who originally pushed forward the resolution.

James M. Cahill (born circa 1952) is the 62nd and present Mayor of New Brunswick, New Jersey. He has held the office since 1991.

He is a lifelong resident of the city. Cahill has 2 children, one son and one daughter, and a wife named Laura. Cahill is a 1970 graduate of St. Peter's Preparatory School. The label's focus is 1960s influenced and psychedelic music. The label has released music by The Method, The Broken Vinyl Club, Houdini Dax, The Keys, The Moles, Colorama and Kizzy Crawford.
Aimee also publishes the Cardiff-based online music magazine "The Miniature Music Press".
The Method
The Method are a psychedelic garage influenced band with elements of reggae, soul and ska in their music. They are fronted by Richard Hayes, husband of the founder of See Monkey Do Monkey.
The Moles
The Moles are the label's first non-Welsh signing, coming from Bristol. They are described as "a very classic psychedelic band" and compared to early Flaming Lips or Blur. All members play in other bands and have a Grammy award winner in bassist Billy Fuller who co-wrote Robert Plant's Mighty Rearranger album." She performed her song "The Starling" live on the Bethan Elfyn show in August 2013. This was then released as her debut single in November 2013 followed by her EP Temporary Zone in December.
