Scoop is the name of several fictional characters from the various Transformers universes.
Transformers: Generation 1
A gung-ho fighter who never gives up. Considered the best in the field. Uses cool headed logic and hardened battle tactics to outwit his enemies. Always ready to lend a helping shovel to his fellow Autobots, no matter how dangerous the situation. The kind of soldier you want around when you are pinned down in a slug swamp with no ammunition. Teamed with Tracer who transforms into a twin laser-guided ion blaster, and Holepunch, a former office manager turned military man who transforms into a steel-shattering dual compression cannon.
Scoop can transform into a power shovel ground vehicle. Composed of a super-alloy devised by Quickmix, the shovel is impervious to all weapons fire short of a small nuclear explosion and is often used as a shield. It can lift up to 60 tons and smash through virtually any barrier. In this mode, Scoop has a maximum speed of 80 mph and range of 200 miles. Scoop sometimes utilizes a standard Autobot jet pack. Scoop can wield Tracer and Holepunch in his robot and power shovel modes.
Scoop is prone to overheating when using his shovel to lift too heavy a load for extended periods of time, resulting in complete, albeit temporary, systems shutdown.
Animated series
Although the animated series stopped making original episodes in the US before Scoop was released, he appeared in animated form along with the other Double Targetmasters in commercials for the toys.
Animation from the commercial was used in the opening credits for season 5 of the Transformers, which retold episodes of earlier seasons. Scoop appeared in them.
When the Generation 2 animated series was aired animated bits of the Generation 1 commercial with Scoop in it were edited into the episode "More Than Meets The Eye Part 1."
Marvel Comics
Scoop first appeared in issue 60 of the Marvel Comics 'Transformers' series. Scoop wields Holepunch and Tracer during a series of fuel raids on Cybertron alongside the recently revived Grimlock, Jazz and Bumblebee.
When Hook, Line and Sinker attacked some months later, Flintlock, Silencer and the other Nebulan "double" Targetmasters appeared absent.
Books
Quickmix, Quickswitch and Scoop appeared in the Ladybird Books story Decepticons Underground, where they were sent on a mission by Optimus Prime to find the Decepticons in the Nebulos Triangle.
Condor Verlag
In a story called "By their Blasters you shall know them ...!" from Transformers Comic-Magazin issue #12 by German comic publisher Condor Verlag Optimus Prime instructs Backstreet, Bumblebee and Ruckus on how to identify Autobots from Decepticons in battle using the Ark's computer. Scoop is one of those he displays to the Autobots.
Dreamwave Productions
Scoop and his partners did not appear in Dreamwave comics fiction but did receive a full page biography in their More Than Meets The Eye series.
IDW Publishing
Scoop, in Cybertronian form, appeared in issue #2 of the Stormbringer series by IDW Productions. He aided Springer's Wreckers on the planet Varas Centralus in the Kol system when Optimus Prime redeployed the Wreckers for a mission on Cybertron. Scoop later battled Thunderwing alongside the Wreckers, but was seemingly disabled by Thunderwing's shock wave attack. He was later seen inspecting Thunderwing's inert corpse.
Scoop later appeared in on Cybertron as part of the Robots in Disguise series, helping to restore power to Iacon and gaining much publicity, to Starscream's angst. However Rattrap claimed Scoop had sabotaged the power grid first, and when Starscream confronted him (learning that Scoop worshiped him since the Metrotian had claimed Starscream to be devine), found apparent evidence of this, leading to Scoop's arrest. As it happened, Starscream knew Rattrap had been lying, and offered him a place at his side. Starscream later spoke to Scoop regarding recent events, to which Scoop revealed what he knew of the Dark Cybertron prophecy. Rattrap later freed Scoop in an attempt to wrest power from Starscream while the Necrotitan ravaged Iacon, however the return of the Autobots and Decepticons usurped this. Scoop soon began fighting alongside group of Decepticons in fighting off army of Ammonites, and following Shockwave's defeat, found himself among the Decepticons as they accepted Galvatron as their new leader.
Scoop joined Galvatron's group as they went to Earth, claiming to have renounced his faith in Starscream and the Autobots, only to later be revealed to be Starscream's spy in search of the Enigma of Combination, and transmitted images of their battle with the Prowl-controlled Devastator. When Galvatron began hunting Spike Witwicky in the hopes he would lead them to the Enigma, Scoop followed, and while the Decepticons and Arcee did battle with Devastator, Scoop took the opportunity to steal the Enigma and take it back to Cybertron. Starscream later used the Enigma to merge Scoop with the five Constructicons, allowing Scoop's loyalty to influence the Devastator's loyalty.
Toys
*Generation 1 Scoop with Tracer and Holepunch
:A double Targetmaster toy he came with his Targetmaster partners Tracer and Holepunch.
Transformers: Timelines
Scoop is essentially a coward who usually has to be goaded into doing this by his nearly fearless partner Holepunch, but when he's riled he can break into a berserker rage. Besides his Targetmaster weapon Scoop has a secondary handgun and a pair of guns which are mounted in his chest.
Scoop transforms into a scoop loader. Holepunch transforms into a twin-prop helicopter or a double barreled hand cannon which can seemingly destroy matter with an attack that appears to punch out small perfect holes in its target.
Fun Publications
Scoop is spotlighted as a members of the Autobot Targetmasters in the story Do Over by Fun Publications. Ricochet commands Scoop and Crosshairs. Scoop is partnered with the Targetmaster Holepunch. In this story the Autobot Targetmasters capture Megatron, but as Optimus Prime arrives to finish him off personally the Micromaster Predacons and Whisper arrive and free Megatron.
Toys
Although no toy for Scoop and Holepunch was ever released they appear to be identical to the toys for Transformers movie Grindcore and the X-Dimension Mini-Con Makeshift. The only visible difference is that Scoop has a purple Autobot symbol on his chest, while the movie toy has a silver one.

The Technopreneurship Institute, or Tech-I, is an online educational organisation founded in 2014 by Mushtak Al-Atabi, the author of Driving Performance and Think Like an Engineer: Using systematic thinking to solve everyday challenges and unlocking the inherant value in them. The institute aims to unleash the potential of individuals through project-based learning and entrepreneurship. Tech-I works on the basis of volunteer hours. Notable academics from around the world volunteer hours to mentor and teach students from all over the world.
Education Model

Learning portfolios and set learning targets which include successfully completing projects, financial planning and community service is used as a measure of student progress. The academic staff of Tech-I include a wide range of world class academics and industry leaders who have volunteered their time and expertise to mentor and supervise the students.
Mission Zero
Mission Zero is the driving force of Tech-I. Tech-I sees education as an integral part of helping individuals achieve their full potential. Mission Zero has two parts:
# Bringing the cost of education to zero. Through project-based learning and CDIO, student projects are able to add value to the community in which they are a part of. This allows students an authentic learning experience and making education sustainable.
# Having zero impact on the job market. Every year, large number of graduates leave universities and join the scores of people who are looking for jobs. But who is responsible for creating these jobs? This part of Mission Zero is about developing entrepreneurial graduates who think of creating jobs, not only competing for them. When a cohort of 100 graduates leaves a university, if 5 of them end up creating entrepreneurial undertaking and employing 95 people, they will offset the 95 jobs taken by their fellow graduates. This way we can ensure a steady supply of jobs for everyone. The 5:95 ratio is just an example.

Tech-I organises a global event called the Global Technopreneurship Challenge. It is a competition aimed at addressing few of the . It encompasses a preliminary stage through a massive open online course carried out on Open Learning, the finalist will then be selected and invited to attend the finals in the host city. Global Internship Programme
Global Internship Programme is Tech-I's global training platform for individuals who are interested in entrepreneurship and management. The Global Internship Program feeds into the organising committee of the year's GTC. Trainees under the program will experience what it's like to work with people of different cultures and experience the joys and stresses of planning a large scale global event.
