Mike Meshkati is the president of Sina Printing Inc., a Canadian trade printing company that was established in 1997 by Oscar and Fara Meshkati, Mike's parents.
Mike's parents moved to Canada a few months before establishing Sina Printing in 1997 and started with a small store front in North York, Ontario. Mike was brought full time into his parents business in 2001 after being involved in various capacities in the past.
In July 2010, Meshkati has been recognized by Print Action, Canada’s Graphic Communications Magazine, as one of the 35 Emerging Leaders in Canada’s Printing Industry. Mike is also the founder and owner of other several companies in the print industry. Some of these companies are, Sina Lite, eprint Agent Sales and Zuzu Print to name a few.

Benfleet Running Club is an running club based in Benfleet,Essex.
Some enthusiastic runners decided to form a running club and Bodycare Running Club was formed in 1984. Bodycare Running Club split from Bodycare Fitness Centre in November 1987 but kept
the name and still met on Bodycare premises until 1 January 1990 when Benfleet Running Club was born. In 1990 the club was a much smaller one indeed. At the AGM in November 1990 it was reported that there were 46 adult members and 19 junior regular runners and between 12 and 20 new members.
The club now boasts a membership of over 300.
Benfleet Juniors Running Club was founded in 2007 and now has over 50 members.
Club purpose
The clubs main aim is to get people running in a friendly atmosphere while training for events
like the London Marathon or for health and fitness.
We promote all local races in our on-line diary and offer training, coaching and guidance to new and old members. Our members take part in road races, trail runs, cross-country, ultra distance races, mountain marathons, orienteering, duathlons and triathlons.
Meeting times
The club meets for training every Tuesday and Thursday (except for Christmas Day and Boxing
Day) between 7:00 — 7:20pm for a 7:30pm start.
Location
The club meets in the Pavilion at the end of Brook Road, Benfleet. Parking is available. The
club sometimes starts the run at another venue for a bit of variety but this is mentioned on
the homepage, on the on-line training schedule and on the run before the change of venue.
Membership Costs
The annual club fee (updated 17.4.09) is:
£12.50 per adult, (which includes your £ 5.00 UK athletics affiliation)
£10.00 per child
There is a small (50p) charge for each adult training run.
You don’t pay annual club fees during your first two club nights.

The club provides opportunities for young people between the ages of 8 and 14 years of age to receive coaching and compete in Road Running, Cross Country and Trail athletics competitions.
All coaching is by qualified coaches who are trained and have been screened for their suitability for working with young people, and have clearance through the Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure policy.
The club is applying for Sport England's Clubmark, which is awarded to clubs by National Governing Bodies (NGB) when the club is able to demonstrate that it meets the NGBs criteria as to playing programme; safeguarding and protecting children; sports equity and ethics and club management. Clubmark is an acknowledgement that we take these issues seriously and that we are striving to provide a high quality and welcoming environment for young participants in the sport. Our club Junior Co-ordinator, is responsible for ensuring that our child protection policy is implemented and can be contacted should you have any concerns.
We welcome parents to all training and competitions and value your support. We are keen to try and involve parents in the club.

The Benfleet 15

Every year since 1990 The Benfleet 15 open race has attracted thousands of runners onto the Hadleigh Downs in the cold and wet conditions of January.
The course: A challenging 15 mile multi-terrain course, incorporating sections of Canvey sea wall, and the undulating Hadleigh Downs.
"My legs hurt, my feet are blistered and I felt sick at the end. But I finished and it was great. I will be back next year to beat my time. A race worth running"

Leslie J. Anderson (born 1987) is best known for her work as a comic book artist/writer -including her work on the Inkhat series. Much of her work revolves around science fiction and western themes. In spring of 2011, her humorous comic “AWP: A Practical Guide,” which takes a playful look at the annual conferences of The Association of Writers & Writing Programs, received widespread acclaim from the writing community. TriQuarterly Online said of the comic, “we can relate.”
Anderson is a frequent exhibitor at independent and small press comic conventions, including S.P.A.C.E.
In addition to her work with comics, Anderson is an accomplished poet and currently teaches English at Ohio University.
Education
Anderson earned a B.A. (2009) in English, and a M.A. (2011) in poetry from Ohio University. Anderson studied poetry under Mark Halliday and J. Allyn Rosser.
