Edwin Falcon (born August 28, 1978 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico) is a former professional baseball player. He showed promise as a teenager in Puerto Rico, and was draftes in the ninth round by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1996, two months before his eighteenth birthday. Falcon was assigned to the Great Falls Dodgers of the Pioneer League, where he produced an impressive batting average of .321 in twenty games, and made no errors as a catcher. In 1997 the Dodgers shifted Falcon to first base, believing he was better suited at that position. His hitting was less than impressive in 1997, hitting just .241 in 50 games. The Dodgers traded Falcon before the 1998 season to the Boston Red Sox, who assigned him to the Lowell Spinners, a level A minor league baseball team. His hitting failed to improve during the 1998 season, producing a poor .225 batting average in 64 games, and hitting just three home runs. Falcon was released after the 1998 season, and has not played professional baseball since.
Whinge Wars is a small-scale paper based time management game.
Theme
Whinge wars is based on the idea of young children completing missions in places like 'Playgroup' or 'Adventure Park', and fighting other human players. There are four classes of character, Whinging Fool, Vishling (a made-up word which seems related to vicious, as this type of character is portrayed as more aggressive and stronger at fighting), Spoilt Zombus (apparently nothing to do with zombies) and Normal Kid. Each class has different strengths and weaknesses such as more energy or bonuses on certain items.
Gameplay
Whinge Wars is not played online - rather, like dungeons and dragons, it is played on paper. However, the rules, instructions and other pieces relevant information needed to play the game are available online. Each player has a profile sheet, where their stats and items are recorded.
