Chris Par (born January 5, 1989), known by his stage names 2par, King Par, and Chris Party is an American rapper, award winning socialite, renaissance man, revolutionary, and politician. He first gained notoriety in Santa Barbara for hosting the biggest beach party in the world, a college spring break ritual occurring on the first Saturday of every spring quarter, Floatopia, and garnered national attention for both his speeches at the locally televised Board of Supervisors meeting defending the right to party, and to go to the beach, on this day as in an unprecedented move, what was deemed in his speech as "an abuse of power" and later criticized in the media as "an unconstitutional decision", to restrict access to a public beach to prevent a party from happening, before any laws were broken, unheard of, compared to in his speech to "shutting down the downtown area to prevent Fiesta" or "shutting down IV to prevent Halloween". Using the expletives "shitshow" in his introduction to describe the nature of the event and after being warned following up with "bullshit" to describe the shutting down of the beach led to a countdown from the board and a forceful removal from the boardroom by police escort, this heroism, standing up to powers that be and speaking out against corruption, caught the attention of national publication LA Times writer Steve Chawkins who thus covered the incident citing quotes from the speech under alias Dan Par, a mix of his and his cohost Party Man Dan's names, to not breach anonymity, "undemocratic and an abuse of your power", referring to his criticization of the planned barricades to close the beach and "you can close the beach, but the people of Isla Vista will party day and night", in response out of spite that although they may close the beach to stop try to stop Floatopia from happening, the party will go on, and Floatopia will still go down in the streets and every house of Isla Vista subsequently sparking a new tradition of what has been dubbed by many as "Fauxtopia" or "Deltopia" referring to Floatopia on world famous party street Del Playa Drive, residents of such consisting mostly of UCSB's premier unruly, rebellious collegiates claimed to "pre-game harder than you party". The article caught the eye of CNN reporter Sara Weisfeldt whom then reached out to Par for an interview to use in a piece for CNN on Floatopia, an infamous missed interview on the day of as Chris Par unable to acquire the golf cart as was promised, and boasted in the event description, in all "Van Wilder grandeur", famously jacked a golf cart from Ocean Meadows Golf Club for a joy ride through Isla Vista to pick up his proposed date, and at the time love interest, Ally Tanner, for a CNN interview at a house party on Del Playa Drive, at 6531, a rendezvous which only lasted up into the first stretch of Del Playa Drive on the 67 block, never making the second scheduled interview instead arrested on the spot on alleged felonious charges of GTA, Grand Theft Auto, and Grand Larson which in turn made a headline on CNN following the piece on Floatopia and the airing of his first interview, which he made on the day before, the second one for obvious reasons never airing. The charges were later dropped by owner of Ocean Meadows Golf Club on the condition of a requested public apology over his blog promoting his run for California Governor that year as an officially registered write in candidate of which he claims "like Columbus", he was "put in a moment of tough decision making and took a risk", and that "whether or not the risk was good or bad, it was taken and changed the course of history making it possible for you and I to stand here today", saying that although a bad decision was made, Columbus righted his wrong, persevered through his mistake, and was pardoned for it founding the greatest country on earth, similar to his plan to "change the world forever" replacing the work with technology and making everyone rich elected Governor of California that year. He subsequently lost the election, became under watch by the government for using the word sensitive term "revolution" under his "Party Revolution" platform and attempts to make everything free and everyone rich by displacing a need for the waged worker bottoming out the entire structure of capitalism. He has since then infamously fallen from a balcony at the MTV VMAS, the MTV Video Music Awards, and in this one year, recovering from surgery attaching the top half broken off from the bottom half of his foot, on medical leave from school and work for a year, he has so far recorded 3 albums released on iTunes, Swag, Swag Juice, and 2par, with accompanying free mixtapes about the legend he became at UCSB for his "party hard" lifestyle, ran for Mayor of Santa Barbara, 3rd District Supervisor, and rogue upon a constitutional convention amending the requirements to run so to do so, President of the United States in the 2012 electoral year, a convention, postponed 4 times, yet to be held.

Sigma Alpha Kappa (ΣΑΚ) is a local fraternity at Loyola University New Orleans. SAK was founded on December 10, 1923. The founders were Harold Winling, Blaise D'Antoni, and F. Edward Hebert. The charter members were Ewell A. Smith, Albert D. Smith, Louis J. D'Antoni, Joseph R. Domengeaux, Cecil Gibson, Gordon Hebert, Harold Winling, and Leo B. Schwegmann.
Sigma Alpha Kappa stresses inclusion rather than exclusion and emphasizes academics, athletics, and social graces. The fraternity also enforces a strict no-hazing policy. Its colors are gold, black, and white. The official flower is the white carnation.
Sigma Alpha Kappa members are proud of their long association with Loyola. A SAK alumnus gave first alumni endowment to the university in 1939. Some of the gifts that the fraternity has given to the university over the years include a stained glass window in Marquette Hall, exercise equipment for the former Loyola field house, and the famous Loyola letters that sit on the front of the campus on St. Charles Ave.
Sigma Alpha Kappa purchased Loyola's first fraternity house in 1924, remaining in it until it was sold in 1927.
SAK members participated in the first recorded inter-fraternal sports competition (against Alpha Delta Gamma) and played the first intra-fraternal sports (old members vs. new members) at Loyola. Sigma Alpha Kappa, in fact, organized the first inter-fraternal sports league in 1927.
The fraternity was expanded in 1945 when Theta Alpha Chapter at Spring Hill College became affiliated with the fraternity. The Beta Chapter of Sigma Alpha Kappa was established in 1970 at Emory and Henry College. While similarities such as the fraternity colors (purple) and the diamond-shaped badge exist, no firm relationship between the groups has been established.
In 1975, Sigma Alpha Kappa lost its charter. However, with strong support from its alumni, the charter was regained in 2003.
