Founded in 2004 by Michelle McDevitt and Gavin Rhodes, it offers print publicity, online marketing, and social media management and consulting to a range of clientele, including Grammy Award-winning artists, record labels, clothing brands, film companies, self-funded independent musicians, and radio stations. Past clients include Nelly, Black Sheep, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Talib Kweli, and Mario. It hosts annual music industry showcases for CMJ and South by Southwest.

Early life
Snita was born in Kolkata, West Bengal to Nimai Pramanik in a Hindu family. She is an expert vocalist and also well versed in several genres of Indian music like Classical, Semi-classical music, Bhajan, Ragpradhan, Shyama Sangeet, Rabindra Sangeet, Folk music, Baul, Atul Rajani Dijendragiti , nazrul geeti etc. Her early gurus include his father Nimai Pramanik, Sri Rajkumar Roy, Sri Shantanu Dasgupta. She has also learned from Pt. Ajoy Chakrabarty, Smt. Pramita Mallick, Sri Avijit Basu. In early 1990s, she started stage programs. She also runs a Musical School. Over the years, she performed at various concerts all over India and other country.
