Praveen Nair was born on 25 June 1982 in Kerala.Growing up at the coast of Kerala under the shadow of his granny, Praveen Nair at the early age was weighing just 46 kg and 6 ft tall.
Feeding Fitness
Praveen is now also a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer and he is finally a hairlined distance away from brining his dream to life by opening his own first fitness club. Praveen says " I have spent each day, hours, minutes thinking about my dream and that has been my motivation throughout" He also adds "This will be a place where lives will change and yes i mean it".This is the primary reason why Praveen has placed a strong place in everyones life, he motivates people to do good.
