David Gregg McIntosh (1836-1916)
David McIntosh was practicing law when the Civil War broke out in 1861. The only military experience he had was as a member of the local militia before the war, but after his native South Carolina seceded on December 20, 1860, McIntosh offered his services to the state. On July 29, 1861 he was appointed captain of Company D, 1st South Carolina Infantry, seeing action at the Battle of Vienna. His company was converted to the Pee Dee Light Artillery in 1862 and he saw action on the Peninsula, Harpers Ferry, Antietam, and Fredericksburg. He was promoted to major in March 1863 and given command of an artillery battalion which saw action at the Battle of Gettysburg.
McIntosh participated in the Bristoe and Mine Run Campaigns. He was promoted to lieutenant-colonel in February 1864 and commanded his battalion in the Overland Campaign. He fought along the siege lines at Petersburg and was slightly wounded at the Battle of the Crater. Shortly thereafter he was wounded at the Battle of Weldon Railroad. He was present with the battalion until just before Appomattox where he disappears from the record. After the war he returned to practicing law and settled in Towson, Maryland, eventually becoming the head of the Maryland state bar association.

The Seton Hall University Alma Mater was adopted as the official song of Seton Hall University during the middle twentieth century.
Charles A. Byrne of the class of 1937 wrote the original lyrics during 1936, and the university adopted the alma mater during the 1937 school year when the Dean read it.
Text of the Alma Mater
To Alma Mater all be loyal,
keep her name in purest light.
Never waver from her precepts,
guard her banner blue and white.
O sing her praise to highest skies
and be ye faithful in her eyes,
for she will foster all your dreams,
her name is Seton Hall.
When on life's hard stones you stumble,
pray to God to be your guide.
Think of Seton Hall your mother,
then forge on in steady stride.
O sing her praise to highest skies,
and be ye faithful in her eyes,
for she will foster all your dreams,
her name is Seton Hall.
Tradition During the Alma Matter
*Student make their own swords to swing around during the alma mater
*Some students yell "blue and white" about twice as loud as the rest of the alma mater

Timothy Warren Kaczynski (born March 25, 1987 in Tampa, Florida), better known by his stage name DJ Yours Truly, is an American Producer/DJ/Rapper.
Biography
Personal life
Born on March 25, 1987 in Tampa, FL to his mother Victoria, YT has gone through many conflicts in his personal life. Growing up he was constantly being moved with his step-father, Michael, being in the Navy. From Virginia to Florida and then back to Virginia it was quite a feat. However, he was unaware that Michael was even his step-father. From the young age of two he was told that he was his father and it remained that way until the age of 17. Which also meant a different birth name, Algor rather than Kaczynski. Dealing with Michael was not easy either. Constantly being the target of outbursts, after his parents had a trial separation, YT was kicked out to New Mexico to live with his grandmother for a year. After he had left New Mexico he came back to Florida, this time in Hernando County, Florida.
Music
DJ Yours Truly began his career in the music industry at the young age of 13. As a true fan of hip hop, the music and the culture, he began to associate with fellow artists Kensta Lopez and Hu Whit, under the record label Bail Bond Records (BBR). However, he did not begin taking hip hop seriously as a career until meeting up with fellow members of T.B.O, Pistol Pork, Buk Cannon, Swang, & Rob Diesel. After forming T.B.O. there were talks of putting out a mixtape. After 6 months as a group the first and only mixtape dropped creating T.B.O. Hosted by DJ Yours Truly – The Best Out Vol. 1. While praying for success T.B.O started deteriorating. Slowly everyone began to do their ‘own thing’. This turned into the split of the group. Currently DJ Yours Truly has been linked to Hard Target, a fellow member & head of Kapitol Stock Records.

Chris Frangou (born 3 May 1991 in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, Australia) is a singer, songwriter, virtuoso bass player and multi-instrumentalist best known for his work as the bass player for Australian rock band John Smith Quintet (JSQ) and funk rock trio Global Frontier.
Biography
Early years
Chris Frangou was born 3 May 1991 in Bacchus Marsh (a small town in Victoria), Australia. He was raised in a musical family where his father played electric guitar. Whilst still very young he began playing piano and recieved lessons at school. He continued piano for a few years until he decided to start learning the bass guitar because he claimed "...there are not enough good bass players out there and every one plays guitar" and by late 2003 his father bought him his first bass, a black Fender Jazz Bass which he still uses today.
Shortly after starting bass, Frangou began listening to music like Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin and similar rock bands. He says that while he still played piano he was influenced by ragtime players like Scott Joplin. The early rock music quickly began to show in his playing when he adopted a fat classic bass sound but it was not until he discovered bass oriented bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers and Primus that his unique bass sound began to take form.
Sound Theory
In late 2006 Frangou began to record solo material which he named Chris Frangou's Sound Theory. It exhibits him writing and playing all instruments heard. Not intended for full public release he kept the material under his own record label Envelope Music named after the song "ENVELOPE" that he wrote. He continues to write material for Sound Theory and plans for the small scale release of a Sound Theory album sometime in 2008.
