Thomas J. "T.J." Maloney is an American businessman, based in New York City. He is the CEO of Lincolnshire Management, a private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies.
Early life and education
Maloney was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Pelham Manor, a suburb adjacent New York City. He attended Iona Preparatory School, Boston College (B.A. 1975) and the Fordham University School of Law (J.D. 1979).
In 2001 Maloney and Lincolnshire Management were sued by activist investors that claimed Maloney personally misappropriated $7.6 million from the investment fund. The case was repeatedly dismissed by the courts, because of excessive conflicts of interest by the plaintiff, before eventually being settled for just over $7 million.
Legacy
In 2007 the T.J. Maloney Chair in Business Law at Fordham's School of Law was established and endowed by Maloney. In November 2008, Maloney and his wife Nancy made a $5 million gift to endow the T.J. and Nancy Maloney Library at Fordham Law School. In September 2011, Boston College dedicated Maloney Hall in recognition of the Maloney family's commitment to Boston College. He is a current member of the Boston College Board of Trustees, a former member of the Fordham University Board of Trustees and a former member of the Tilton School Board of Trustees. He also is currently the Co-chairman of the Boston College Wall Street Council.

EDMtv (lower cased as edmtv on its logo) is an American cable and streaming television network, based in Los Angeles, California. The channel launched as a streaming service on March 24, 2015, and expanded to satellite television, where it claimed to debut on DirecTV on March 14, 2016, but no official channel number has been released. The official press release states that "EDMtv is available to all Directv subscribers- over 21 Million households- via the MYTV platform," however DirecTV does not have a programming package called "MYTV." The official press release states that the channel broadcasts daily from 4-6pm and again from 11-1am EST, which would not make the channel a full-time network provider.
History
EDMtv's origins began as a concept idea between Matt Bolton, a music producer, record executive, and the CEO of a management firm, along with partner and CO-founder Scott Cardoza, a veteran Rave music producer, promoter, and television producer who currently runs a television production company and a technology information blog. Also added to the team were New Zealand entrepreneurs Alex Curson, Co-Founder of BabeMethod, and Jonathan Stubbs, CEO of Ambitious, a New Zealand base design consultancy company. The latest addition to the team, marketing and branding guru Yoel Berrios, C.E.O. of Orb Media Broadcasting, Inc. and Publisher of EDM Magazine.
The channel would make its debut as a one-hour block on KVMD/Los Angeles, California on March 24, 2015, followed by a Kickstarter campaign to raise enough funds to launch a cable network, which paid off with the DirecTV deal and plans to expand to other providers.
"The music is just the start," say Bolton. "The people, the places, the deals, the real stories that are alive in the scene is what we’re after. We want to incubate, stimulate and dedicate ourselves to this task. It really is an honor to become the first network ever to do content that is specific to electronic music and the culture it nourishes."
Details and Programming
EDMtv's programs will include scripted shows, documentaries, broadcast news, 3D festival streaming and other event coverage. Original programming includes Viva Vegas TV (Las Vegas entertainment coverage) and The Spin (news/entertainment talk program).

The Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Roman Catholic Church is a Roman Catholic church in New York built in 1917. It is located at 62-81 60th Place
Ridgewood, New York 11385. The name of the church was based on a chapel in Paris, France believed to be the place of worship where the Virgin Mary appeared to Catherine Labouré in 1830 to request the creation of a miraculous medal. It is one of the recorded 92 Christian sanctuaries in New York dedicated to the Virgin Mary: one among 76 Roman Catholic churches in New York and one among 19 geographically located in Queens, New York.
History
The current church building was built beginning 1941. The present-day school building of its parish was the former site of its old church building. The parish celebrated its 75th anniversary on October 23, 2005.
A significant part of its interior is a chapel dedicated to the image of the Divine Mercy, Saint Sister Faustina and Saint Pope John Paul II. It was blessed by Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio, the seventh Bishop of Brooklyn, New York, on April 12, 2015 during Divine Mercy Sunday.
Notable people
Among notable persons educated in the school of the parish (formerly a parish school, now an academy in the name of Notre Dame Catholic Academy of Ridgewood) was Rev. Edward B. Scharfenberger, who was selected by Pope Francis to become the tenth Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany in New York as of April 10, 2014. He was a priest and an experienced lawyer. Priests who served the community through the Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal R.C. Church include Father Louis Aufiero (from 1969 to 1970), Father Italo Barozzi and Father Slawomir Sobiech.

SIGOS GmbH is a Germany-based telecommunications company that specializes in developing telecommunications testing solutions.
The company was founded in 1989 under the name of SIGOS Systemintegration GmbH and is headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany. In 2006 the company was acquired by Keynote Systems and rebranded to SIGOS GmbH.
Today SIGOS has regional offices in Singapore, Ghent, Belgium and Seattle, USA as well as several other representations around the world.
The company claims over 440 corporate customers representing top Internet and mobile companies including Vodafone, T-Mobile, AT&T, Telefónica, Bharti Airtel, Facebook.
Core business
SIGOS provides End-to-End solutions for testing and monitoring Quality of Service and Quality of Experience in communications networks (Radio networks, Fixed networks, IP networks, MVNOs).
End-to-End Service quality testing is a common test approach in the telecommunications industry. Whereas monitoring solutions look at the actual traffic in a network, End-to-End solutions can initiated/simulate traffic in an automated way from one end to the other and measure precise traffic.
Products
SITE (SIGOS Integrated Test Environment)
The SITE test system provides an infrastructure that allows Network Operators to own, manage and operate their own testing facilities. The SITE system operates by using the SIM Multiplexing technology. It comprises both hardware and software that emulates different test scenarios in its own network as well as monitors Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) of its subscribers. The SIM Multiplexing is a technology for physically separating SIM cards from Mobile Terminals. Mobile Terminals can be installed anywhere without these SIM cards. Any SIM cards stored in a SIM Multiplexer can be allocated to a Mobile Terminal by means of simple software commands to virtually transfer the SIM profile data to the Mobile Terminal. Mobile Terminals with allocated Virtual SIM cards will behave normally with any service such as Voice, SMS, Data transfer.
GlobalRoamer
Based on the technology of SITE, SIGOS owns and operates GlobalRoamer - a worldwide infrastructure that focuses on Active End-to-End testing. The GlobalRoamer test system extends its testing capabilities into Interconnect Quality of Service. Outbound Roaming, International Carrier Quality of Service, Interconnect Fraud Bypass detection, International Interconnect Revenue Assurance, Roamers' Quality of Experience and others. Through a global network of Mobile Terminals, it provides the means to emulate international interconnect and roaming user behaviors.
Professional Services Telecommunications
Various levels of system hosting, maintenance and administration can be realized on SITE and GlobalRoamer.
Fraud and SIM Box Detection
Resulting of the acquisition of the Belgian company Meucci Solutions, specialized in SIM Box Detection (SBD) solutions, network operators can now detect and combat SIM Box fraud at a large scale.
SIM Boxes or GSM Gateways generate critical revenue losses by bypassing official interconnections, causing a growing problem for telecommunications and wireless industry. SIM Boxes also have a negative impact on call quality, customer satisfaction and company brand image, due to call redirection, inaccessible services and missing callbacks.
Together with Interconnect Fraud Audit and Training, interconnect bypass losses are now being fought more efficiently and accurately and SIM Boxers run out of business much faster.
Revenue Assurance
The SIGOS RA represents a key element of the SITE system to test and verify tariffs, assure correct billing and detect any revenue leakages.
