Boris Pribich is a webdesigner and founder of the American Defense League.
Domain Name Dispute
Attorney Christopher Wolf brought action against Pribich before the World Intellectual Property Organization's online arbitration and media center. He accused adlusa.com of infringing on the trademark of the ADL. In the domain name dispute resolved in accordance with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP"), the Panel concluded that Pribich acted in bad faith.
He was also involved in a dispute with Autodesk, Inc., of San Rafael, CA, represented by Michael J. Hughes, of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP.
On websites of his, he advertises 3d animations of products he claims to have designed.
Lawsuit
Boris Pribich and his wife Elaine were one of five Simi Valley families to sue developers for building their homes on unstable soil and fraudently concealing the fact from buyers. He was unable to open or close windows. The home slopes downward about 9 inches from one side of the house to the other. "We want the home fixed," Pribich said. "We didn't buy it as an investment, we bought it as a home to live in."
A jury awarded the homeowners $710,000. The Pribich's attorney, Martin Rosenberg, said the Pribich's settled with all the defendants before the verdict and that the terms of settlement were not released.
Political Views
In a letter to the editor of the ', Pribich expressed elation with regards to Lebanon's victory over the "evil Israeli occupiers". He says that as a Serb, he does not hate Muslims, and that Muslims and Serbs had lived peacefully side by side for hundreds of years until the US instigated a war.

(Original Research here is a mere quick framework for building the article)
As opposed to say, collecting firewood, most
most individuals' collecting of music
involves a strategy or philosophy.
Challenges
*Keeping up with the latest trends (e.g., younger listeners), or
*Too much music, too little time to hear it all (older listeners)
**Prefer to know a limited set of music very well, instead of knowing an ever expanding set of music not as well
Intended audience
*Personal listening
**All attention focused on the music, or
**mere background music
*Companions
**Some might feel that the ultimate goal is to convince others, and only listen to music alone in order to select songs others will admit are impressive.
Collections beyond what an individual himself prefers, e.g., for
one's exercise class, restaurant, chain store, museum, etc. would
be better addressed by a future separate article.
Collection size goals
*A few songs for one's portable digital audio player, and no more, to
*Record collecting racks of complete series
The medium might be audio, or just e.g., sheet music.
Collection content goals
*Add hoc, or
*Limited: fresh songs entering and tired songs being disposed of, or
*Only collect songs one is familiar with from one's youth, even to the point of avoiding one's favorite artist's latter songs. This limited group of songs might then be savored and examined in great detail, e.g., by playing at reduced tempo
Prescriptivist
Lists of what would constitute a "basic music collection" for various
genres are available
,
or one might seek the views of organizations devoted to collecting.
Acquiring and organizing a collection
There are many methods, both legal and illegal, for acquiring one's
music, and then organizing one's
collection,
all of which are beyond the scope of this article.
