A Small Summary

Nukm Radio is an online radio station that was made by Guild Wars players for Guild Wars players. Nukm Radio currently does 50k gold give aways every Friday. They have been active and around for 4 months. Nukm Radio is a growing community of gamers and music lovers alike. Often listeners are referred to use 3 different websites to answer questions on air. Those websites are: .com, Guildwars.com & Nukmradio.com. This radio station also has a team speak on which they communicate with people from all over the world. One of the DJ's of this station is from Australia. While others are From the United States. They have people who tune in From Canada all the way to Japan. This is a very fast pace and constant growing community. The environment is friendly and all the people are friendly.

Halloween Give Away 2007:

In 2007 Nukm Radio gave away over 1 millions gold worth of mini pets to the radio listeners. They were all undedicated. It was a big event that was done while the players of Guild Wars waited for the arrival of the Mad King. This year he gave out Scar Crow Masks.

Winter's Day 2007:

For Winter's Day of 2007, the radio station gave out a Stack of Ectos to one listener, by drawing a name from their registered members. They also did more contests then norwmal for 12 days straight. The events for them started on December 13th, 2007, and lasted until December 25, 2007. That was the day that the stack of ectos was given away.

New Year's Give Aways:

Starting on December 26, 2007, through December 31, 2007, Nukm Radio gave away even more. They gave out: An AMD Processor, 3 Ipod Dockable Keyboard, A Wii game, a GameBoy DS game, a mouse, some t-shirts and more. The turn out was so much that they moved to a new district (American English District number 30), that had just opened, so that all their listeners could be in the same district....within 10 mins, District 30 was completely full up as people waited for the battle between Grenth and Dwayana.

It got to the point that not all the listners could be in the same districts, so the other listners and staff that couldn't make it into district 30, ended up going to another one to hang out. As seen by the image below, its a small group do to the separation.


The Nukm DJs' & Other Staff:

Nukm Radio has quiet a few DJs'. Their DJs' are: DJ Nocturne, DJ Ama, DJ Paralyzer, DJ Gemini, DJ Vegas, DJ Gunner, DJ Tesla, DJ Warhead, DJ Danger, DJ Evil, DJ Madison, and DJ Wilko.
Currently, most of their Djs' are from the United States. How ever, DJ Wilko is from Australia. Though these are not the only people who make Nukm Radio a safe and fun environment for all ages. Other people your should know: DJ Evil is the CEO & Owner of Nukm Radio. Wolfie is the Co-founder & Co-owner of Nukm Radio. Bad Lag Mum & Tommy Twofingers are the Head Admins of the Nukm Radio Team Speak. There are many people involved with nukm radio, but that is because they are a constant growing community. They were made by Gamers for gamers, and they are your only source for in game Guild Wars music as well as constant give aways. Dont forget though, that any listener can whisper the current Dj in game and request a song. Nukm Radio actually play the music that the people want to hear and that they request.

50K Friday 1-25-08:

50k give away Kaineng Center On Friday Night! Nukm Radio announced on their website that they will be transmitting from Kaineng Center this coming Friday night! So this Friday Nukm Radio will Crank up the volume in FACTIONS!!!! DJ EVIL and the Crew will be doing another 50k Friday Night starting at 6pm MST!!!!

A happy 50K Winner...This was the 4th winner of Nukm Radio!

Crimson Moon Winter-Een-Mas Event!:

Nukm Radio will be doing a "Hostile" take over of City of Hero’s/Villains in co operation with the Crimson Moon SG Guild as they Kick off the Wintereenmas event! The Events start as of Friday 1/25/08 at 6 pm PST. Enjoy Yahtzee games, costume contests, Pylon runs and much much more as Nukm Radio supports the gaming community.
