Escapist Dream is a science fiction novel written by Louis Bulaong and published on July 26, 2020. The novel is set in a near future where virtual reality has become a norm and where geeks can use it to gain superpowers and extraordinary abilities. It was written by the author as a homage to geek culture from comics, films, anime and video games.

Antiquitas Lost: The Last of the Shamalans is the debut novel of American author Robert Louis Smith. It is a fantasy novel that chronicles the adventures of an American teenage boy after he stumbles through a magical doorway in his grandfather's basement, and into a war-torn fantasy world called Pangrelor. The main story arc involves the protagonist's gradual discovery of his unknown relation to Pangrelor, and his unlikely quest to help save its greatest civilization, which is centered on the mountaintop city of Harwelden. Several times during the story, the protagonist is told that success in saving this fabled city of Harwelden may help to save his own dying mother, who remains isolated from him and terminally ill in New Orleans.
Areaware was an American design publisher founded in 2005 and based in New York City and Columbus, Ohio. The company collaborated with over 100 independent designers to produce home accessories, toys, puzzles, lighting, and desk objects. It operated for 22 years and was known for its model of publishing designer-authored products for commercial distribution. Co-founder Noel Wiggins described it as, "a gallery for artists, sort of like a group show."
The company announced it would cease operations in 2026.
