Tim Cantor (born August 10 1969, California) is an American self-taught surrealist artist and writer who won a Bank of America achievement in arts award aged fifteen. Cantor currently lives and works in Southern California.
In 1975 at the age of five Cantor inherited a box of oil paints and brushes that once belonged to his great grandfather, the English artist, Lloyd Whiffen. Cantor began painting to paint immediately and first oil painting came at the age of five. When he was fifteen, Cantor was given his first gallery exhibition where one of his paintings was acquired to hang in the White House. Cantor has since had exhibitions in Athens, Tokyo, Singapore, Paris, Venice, New York, Beverly Hills and San Francisco.
Works
Tim Cantor paints in oils on a variety of different surfaces. He learned on his own since early childhood, almost exclusively in oils however he often uses other media such as watercolour and charcoal to create studies for larger compositions. Cantor has a traditional style using brushes and paint and utilises no tools or devices in his work.
Many of his works are based on his own fictional and non-fictional stories and poetry. These stories, he says, mostly come to him during the long process of creating the paintings. Cantor's art has been criticised for his lack of one common style to obtain recognition which Cantor has stated that he takes "as a compliment", claiming that he wants his art to be "diverse" and to show a "variety of styles and imagery that define the mental states of particular moment in his life".
Exhibitions
Tim Cantor began showing his paintings professionally at the age of 15 when he was honored with the Bank of America achievement in arts award. At his first show, Senator Barbara Boxer presented the award and then chose a painting to hang in the White House. The early publicity created a demand for his work. After finishing high school in Marin County he began traveling and exhibiting his paintings in galleries and open air events throughout the Western United States. After seven years on the road he decided to display his paintings exclusively in fine art galleries and museums and then in 2000, Tim Cantor established Ashby Galleries. Ashby Galleries and Ashby and Alfred publications are devoted exclusively to Tim Cantor and display his work year-round. One of Tim Cantor's paintings is in the permanent collection of the White House and well-known collectors of his work include Terrence Howard and Robert De Niro.

Spanish Dark Eyes are extreamly dark eyes in which you cannot distinguish the pupil.
They come from a old wives tale suggesting the most beautiful women on earth possessed such eyes. These women also possess dark hair; and eyebrows.
Having Spanish dark eyes are a sign of beauty and lust. However they can also been seen as a sign of evil.
Spanish dark eye's an an very enviable feature.
Old wives tales suggest that a women with natural Spanish dark eyes can steal a mans heart with one look.

Ananta Das Babaji (Pandit Sri Ananta Das Babaji Maharaja) is a leading religious figure in the contemporary Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition. Based at Radha-kunda, he is a respected lecturer and the author of dozens of volumes of literature.
Biography
Sri Ananta Dasji was born in the district of Jharikhanda in 1927. During the earlier years of his life he held the occupation of a teacher, living with his wife and children. Having heard of the fame of Sri Kunjabihari Das Babaji Maharaja, a renowned bhajananandi saint at Radha-kunda who was influential in the area of Jharikhanda during his householder life, in 1950 Sri Ananta Dasji decided to leave for a pilgrimage to meet the saint.
Having arrived at Radha-kunda, he met with the mahatma and received initiation into a disciplic succession descending from Sri Nityananda Prabhu and Srimati Jahnava Thakurani through the descendants of Sri Dhananjaya Pandit. During the following two months, Sri Kunjabihari Das Babaji taught him the mysteries of the philosophy, worship and meditation practiced in the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition.
At the end of this visit, despite his desire to stay at Radha-kunda, Sri Kunjabihari Das Babaji ordered him to return to his village to preach the message of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, initiating people into the practice of spiritual life. On the order of his guru, Sri Ananta Dasji returned to his family, teaching the local people and initiating some two hundred disciples over the ten following years.
Eventually he decided to renounce the world, departing for a journey to Radha-kunda, this time to stay for good. Having arrived at this holiest of all the holy places, he received the cloth of an ascetic from Sri Kunjabihari Das Babaji. Over the decades to come, he engaged himself in a deep study of the Gaudiya canon of sacred texts, at the same time becoming more and more deeply absorbed in bhajana, both in the external and the esoteric internal methods of worship.
Though often ascetics would wear nothing but one or two pieces of ragged cloth, Sri Kunjabihari Das Babaji requested his disciple to dress in orderly clothes, as he was to instruct the mankind at large, and should therefore look respectable in the eyes of everyone. Over the years to come, Sri Ananta Das Babaji traveled around the holy land of Vraja, lecturing extensively on the scriptures, instructing saints and laymen alike.
In accordance with the request of his guru, Sri Ananta Das Babaji began to write extensive commentaries elucidating the concepts presented in the foundational writings of the Six Goswamis of Vrindavan and in the writings of the later great teachers following in their footsteps. In his old age, he has retired to Radha-kunda, focusing on his inner worship and on his writing work.
He has initiated some 3.500 disciples into the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition, including people from Vraja, from Bengal, and from dozens of Western countries. He has been elected as the Mahanta of Radha-kunda, thus being the 34th representative of the seat of Sri Raghunatha Das Goswami. He is widely recognized as one of the foremost teachers of the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition on account of his voluminous and comprehensive writings as well as due to his humility and purity of heart.
