Vikas Pahwa is an Indian lawyer and Senior Advocate practicing before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. He was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Delhi High Court in 2011. His practice focuses on criminal law, economic offences, white-collar crime, constitutional litigation, and extradition matters.

He was also Vice President of Social and Cultural Affair at Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, a position he held from 2013 to 2017. He was head of the Islamic Republic News Agency from 1 January 2018 to 2020.
