The Ninth Floor Project (http://www.ninthfloorproject.org) is a collaborative effort to design a symbol for the majority who support stem cell research. Hundreds of groups have an interest in promoting federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. Most of these organizations lobby individually or live in hope that the majority of Americans (61%) who support their position will eventually call for the change they want. The Ninth Floor Project is a vehicle designed specifically to unify these groups—and the millions they represent—around their support for stem cell research.
