Scott Cullather is an American business executive and co-founder of INVNT, which grew into INVNT Group, where he serves as president and CEO. INVNT Group operates in the fields of brand strategy, marketing, and event promotion.

Early life and education

Cullather attended the University of Richmond from 1982 to 1986, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Business.

Career

Prior to co-founding INVNT in 2008, Cullather held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Williams/Gerard Productions.

Cullather has been involved in the planning and execution of numerous brand experiences and marketing campaigns over several decades. These events include live, virtual, and hybrid formats for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) audiences across multiple countries.

Scott Cullather collaborated with Dr. Opal Lee, known as the “Grandmother of Juneteenth,” on efforts to raise awareness of Juneteenth and support its recognition as a federal holiday. Through INVNT, Cullather helped amplify Lee’s Opal’s Walk for Freedom campaign and her broader “Freedom for All” initiative, contributing to public awareness surrounding the movement that culminated in Juneteenth becoming a U.S. federal holiday in 2021.

Cullather has ideated and led the development of BZAR, described as a metaverse platform. He also holds executive positions in other INVNT Group subsidiaries, including INVNT.ATOM.

Over his career, Cullather has worked on brand campaigns and events for various companies in different industries. He has given presentations on topics related to entrepreneurship, business growth, and marketing trends.
