Paul Collins was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 1998 Paul Collins directed a series of television commercials, one of which made it to air on Cable Pulse 24. The 30 second commercial was promoting a chiropractor product called the 'Triggerizer.' This commercial starred Corrine McCabe and Dr. Sam Cirone. The success of this commercial inspired Collins to fall into radio advertisement. Collins then teamed up with a friend to film 'Just Talk',a documentary about the possible root causes of youth, gang violence in Toronto’s west end. In December of 2003 its world premier was at Final Cut Short Film Screenings DJ and VJ Sets in the city of Brighton, England. He has written two books. His first book 'Prescience Rendezvous' came to Collins in a dream in 1999 and was published in 2003. King without an Empire was his second book and was inspired by a chance meeting of Sir Richard Branson in the year 2000 at the base of the CN Tower.
